Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake in Southlake, Texas, was completed in October 2004. The multi-specialty surgical hospital resides on a medical campus that also includes two medical office buildings featuring physician offices, physical therapy, a pharmacy, and a breast center.
Texas Health Partners (THPR) was a major catalyst in the creation of this patient-focused diagnostics and surgical center. THPR participation included managing project funding, facilitating the partnership agreement with outside legal counsel, and collaborating with the architectural firm on facility design and construction. Revenue management efficiencies and processes were implemented from the beginning to enable the center to proactively capture and manage revenue toward financial success. THPR continues to provide management oversight and revenue cycle management services.
